Disco Funk bomb by L.T.D. from their 1977 album Something to Love. once again played around with loops using Serato extending bits a like and taking out bits I don't! Done in a hotel in Melaka, Malaysia...
Make It Funky Favourite: A special one for you, from the amazing 1981 album Love Is The Place, this lesser known (well it took me a long time to find it) soul/funk bomb is probably my favourite Curtis Mayfield tune (big shout i know...)
There's not much you can do to make this any better, so I've just looped a few bits to make it easier to mix and changed the arrangement a touch.
all done in one take using the loop feature on Serato.

This is off the wall. Marvin Gaye jamming in Belgium, I think warming up for a European tour in the early 80's. Check out the groove the band get and how Marvin manages to deliver a sweet vocal whilst looking like he's watching TV on the sofa!!!

It's the start of the original Barkeys tune, mixed into the Jesterman's Bionic Barkay rub, then mixed back into the original again. Don't do editing software so all done the old school way, using vinyl.
